Paddle Warranty Details

 

 This MAK Pickleball paddle (the “Paddle”) was manufactured for excellence on the court. If this Paddle was purchased from MAK Pickleball or an official MAK Pickleball distributor and is found to have a manufacturing defect, MAK Pickleball will replace it free of charge (shipping excluded) if you notify MAK Pickleball within ninety (90) days of your purchase. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the Paddle and is not transferrable. Proof of purchase is required. 

This limited warranty is only applicable to defects in material and workmanship and, for example, does not cover: 

  • Defects or damage resulting from: 
      • Normal wear and tear 
      • Improper maintenance 
      • Improper use 
      • Modification 
      • Natural aging, including fading or material breakdown over extended use 
      • Damage from hitting the ground or any object other than a pickleball 
      • Accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect 
      • Loss or theft 
      • Use of third-party products 
  • Any damage, chipping or other defect to the Paddle’s coat finish 
  • Any related products

MAK Pickleball’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or providing a replacement for any Paddle parts found by MAK Pickleball to have a manufacturing defect if reported to MAK Pickleball within ninety (90) days of purchase of the Paddle by the purchaser. All products must be returned to MAK Pickleball at the purchaser’s expense and inspected by MAK Pickleball staff before MAK Pickleball can determine whether repair or replacement is covered by this limited warranty. 

MAK Pickleball does not pro rate or offer partial credit. Customer should inspect the Paddle on purchase for any defects and immediately contact the retailer of any apparent damage for which the retailer may be responsible. 

This warranty only applies to a Paddle purchased directly from MAK Pickleball or an official MAK Pickleball distributor. This warranty is void if the Paddle is not used solely for pickleball or if third-party components or accessories have been used to modify the Paddle. 

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES CONCERNING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR CONDITION, EXCEPT THAT MAK PICKLEBALL SHALL HONOR ANY APPLICABLE STATUTORY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE NINETY (90) DAY TERM OF THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE. ANY AND ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES MADE BY MAK PICKLEBALL OR ANY THIRD-PARTY DISTRIBUTOR OR RETAILER ARE HEREBY WAIVED. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THE PADDLE IS SOLD AS IS, THE PURCHASER ASSUMES ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PADDLE, AND THE PURCHASER AGREES TO PAY ALL NECESSARY REPAIR COSTS IF THE PADDLE IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE. 4866-0841-8659, v. 2

Paddle Q® Warranty Details

MAK Pickleball designed and manufactured the Paddle Q® for excellence on the court. If you purchase a Paddle Q® that is found to be defective, MAK Pickleball will replace it free of charge (shipping excluded) for the duration of the life of the Paddle Q®. This warranty applies to the original owner of the Paddle Q® and is not transferrable. 

We provide a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the Paddle Q®, as specified below. 

This warranty does not cover: 

  • Defects or damage resulting from:
      • Normal wear and tear 
      • Improper maintenance 
      • Improper use 
      • Modification 
      • Natural aging, including fading or material breakdown over extended use 
      • Damage from hitting the ground or any object other than a pickleball 
      • Accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect 
      • Loss or theft 
  • Any damage, chipping or other defect to the Paddle Q’s® coat finish 
  • Any related products 

 

Proof of purchase required.
